How can I get a digital signature?

Here are the main steps to follow:

• Get an ID card from the Regional Passport Inspectorate (with PIN and PUK codes).
• Get an ID card reader.
• Install the necessary programs from the website www.ekeng.am.
• Activate PIN and PUK codes of the ID card.
• Pay the annual service fee.
• Register in the Personal account of EKENG CJSC.
• Apply e-signature to the SRC and a number of other electronic systems.

Аttention.

All those citizens who received their ID cards starting February 15, 2023 or does not have PIN/PUK codes can obtain certificates of electronic signature and identification from mobile operators. 

Mobile ID (mID) activation

To activate the Mobile ID (mID) service, you need to:

• Get an ID card from the Passport department

• Approach the preferred mobile operator with the ID card

• Receive or create a PIN code with the help of the mobile operator. The PIN code must consist of 6 digits.

• Pay the annual fee of 3000 AMD for a digital signature activation

• Register on the Personal page of “EKENG” CJSC

ARX Cosign service of an e-signature

The service is provided exclusively to foreign nationals who can apply to EKENG CJSC presenting their documents by email at cosign@ekeng.am.

E-signature certificate and e-signature service fee is provided for 30.000 AMD per 3 years period.

Necessary documents:

• Residence card
• Social service number reference
• Payment Receipt
