A webinar on “Online Service to Population by Communities” was held
On April 28 EKENG team participated in the webinar "Online Service to Population by Communities", organized by the Union of Communities of Armenia. The main purpose of the webinar was to discuss the executed work directed to the remote service of the residents of the communities and the existing problems. Online discussion was held between the representatives of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, local self-government bodies, international structures.
During the webinar, EKENG presented the possibilities of the Unified portal of online requests (e-request.am), as well as statistical data on the use of the platform in the state of emergency (presented presentation).
The issues related to the application of electronic identification solutions of individuals, several projects that are planned and already being implemented were discussed.
