Procedure for getting an ID card reading software license 

Registration

Registration of the organization in the section “Legal entities” with the ID card of the director of the organization.

Step 1.     Insert the ID Card into the ID Card Reader.

Step 2.     Go to our website www.ekeng.am. 

Step 3.     Go to Legal entities sub-window.

Step 4.     In the popup window, click on Register icon.

Step 5.     Insert the Pin code of the ID card.

Step 6.     In the pop-up window, select the organization's TIN, enter a phone number,  password (for later logging in without an Id card ) and click the "Create Account" button.

Order license without the activation key

 Step 1.     Open “ID Card Reader” software.

Step 2.     Select the License menu.

Step 3.     Copy the Activation Code.

Step 4.     Paste the key in the Personal page of Legal entities.

Step 5.     After inserting the key press Add icon (repeat the 4 and 5 steps if necessary). In the opened window press Buy button.

Installation of the purchased license 

Step 1.     Press the Purchase history sub-window in the Personal page of Legal entities.

Step 2.     In the opened window press the License menu.

Step 3.     After clicking the License menu, a file generated on the basis of an activation key is downloaded to your computer, which is used to activate the ID card reader software.

Attention.
 1. To activate the ID card reading software, you need to have a positive amount on your account.

 2. The link of the ordered license will be available from the moment of purchase within one working day.
