The Citizen feedback system was created to give citizens an opportunity to assess the provision of public services.

Those who have received public services in the Republic of Armenia are the system's beneficiaries. Services like company registration, driver's license applications, or the requirement for civic act registration.

It is possible to rate public services without registering on the platform.  You simply need to enter the 16-digit number or scan the QR code, and then you'll be prompted with a few simple questions. You will be given the service code and QR code together with a paper receipt or a letter sent to your email address when you receive the service.

By following the link, you can answer numerous questions assessing the quality of the services, as well as provide comments, recommendations, and details about your service experience, all of which contribute to the development of the quality of public services.

Numerous analyses, charts, and reports are created based on the analysis of the comments and evaluations gathered, exposing the drawbacks and inconveniences of public services.

Through continuous expression of your experience and opinion regarding the public services you received via the gnahatir.am platform, government bodies will be able to immediately step in and resolve the most contentious and troublesome issues.
