Unified portal for online requests (e-request.am)

Unified portal for online requests aims at creating opportunity for you:

• To submit online application, request or complaint to state authorities without visiting them
• Track your letter with the help of the control number provided
• Receive the answer to your letter through the portal or on your e-mail

The story of the portal dates back to 2016, when Kolba Lab Innovation Laboratory, part of the United Nations Development Program, in cooperation with EU launched a two-year program to promote innovative solutions in public administration.
Ministry of Justice of RA proposed to consider the creation of a unified portal for online requests, which would increase the accountability and transparency of public administration, as well as the efficiency of public services. 
As a result, the proposal came to life with EU funding. 
Until October 2019, Ministry of Justice operated the portal. Currently, the portal is run by “EKENG” CJSC according to the Prime Minister’s order.
Legal grounds for the operation of the portal are defined in RA Government Decree N 1204 dating April 26th, 2018.
