Hereinafter, persons can effect 3000 AMD payment for annual support to EKENG following bank account:1570004596000500 and after 2 working days be registered in Online System to get use of e-Signature Service.

On January 24, 2013 EKENG CJSC conducted a successful training program on e-Signature via ID cards. The trainings were held in State Revenue Committee Training Center, 12/3 Aharonyan str., and involved participants from different targeted companies.
All of the participants had opportunity to get acquainted with the procedure of using e-Signature via ID cards, obtain appropriate User Guides and Information sheets and discuss many issues of concern.

On January 22- 23, 2013 EKENG implemented trainings on e-Signature via ID cards.
The trainings were organized by the “PENSION SYSTEM AWARENESS CENTER” Foundation and involved both internal employers and specialists from RA different regions.
The participants got acquainted with the procedure of e-Signature via ID cards and were provided with User Guides and appropriate information sheets to act easily in electronic environment.

This is to inform to get acquainted with ID card readers provision procedure, issuing authorities and other specifications concerning to the distribution of ID Card readers. See point 21 https://www.e-gov.am/sessions/.

Brief Abstract

ID card readers are provided free of charge to the authorities below:

1) State and community institutions
2) Employers (organizations and private entrepreneurs), who participated in tax trainings concerning to Tax calculation for Individual Income and already have appropriate contracts (obtained Username and Password) with Tax Service to send the statements via electronic systems.

To the other organizations, not mentioned in 1 and 2 points above, the card readers will be provided at cost price: 3500 AMD.

According to the decision of the RA Government, any employer, starting  January 1, 2013, should obtain ID cards and e-Signature, having the opportunity to deliver tax income statements via electronic systems.

One ID card will cost 3000 AMD and another 3000 AMD will rate e-Signature annual support. According to the decision of the RA Government, the Government will co finance the employers expenses, applying for ID cards till November 30, 2012.

On April 4-5, 2012 EKENG participated in a study tour to Tbilisi, Georgia on e-health experience sharing. The visit was organized by the USAID-funded Healthcare System Strengthening in Armenia (HS-STAR) Project and involved representatives from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, the USAID Mission in Armenia, and EKENG. The host was the Georgian office of the Health System Strengthening Project (HSSP). The study tour participants were exposed to the Georgian experience in e-health, with a loaded schedule of meetings with teams from HSSP, Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs, and Ministry of Justice of Georgia. In particular, the progress of development of the Georgian Health Management Information System (HMIS) with its respective modules was comprehensively introduced. The Armenian delegation also visited a couple of local health facilities to see how the HMIS was used in real life. Although making first steps in e-health system development, the Armenian side reassured itself that the adopted direction and approach essentially coincided with the path already passed by the Georgian counterparts. At the end of the two-day study tour, both sides were greatly thankful for the opportunity to meet and to learn from each other’s experiences in e-health. It was agreed to make this kind of occasions a tradition, with Armenia to be a potential venue for the next gathering.

The tender for the Introduction of the System of Electronic Passports with Biometric Parameters was conducted from 27 October to 10 December, 2010. Eight foreign companies participated in the tender composed of two lots. The Government of the Republic of Armenia announced polish “PWPW SA” company as the winner of the tender. The introduction of biometric passports and ID cards in Armenia is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2012.
